Eligibility:
   Greene County children from birth through 18 years of age.
   
Purpose:
  To ensure affordable and comprehensive well child healthcare services.
   
Description:
  Comprehensive well child care services are provided including:
 
  •  Services for Children from Birth to 18 years of age:
        - Physical examination
        - Nutrition assessment/counseling
        - Psycho/Social assessment/counseling
        - Parenting guidance
        - Developmental screening
        - Childhood immunizations
        - Vision, hearing and speech screening
        - Laboratory screenings and related procedures
        such as lead, hemoglobin, urinalysis, sickle cell
        and tuberculin testing
   
  •  Services for Children up to 18 years of age:
        - Sports, School, Camp, Work Physicals

Fee:
  Yes. All charges are subject to a sliding fee scale based on income and family size. No one will be denied service due to inability to pay. Medicaid is accepted.
