preschool through age 21, with referrals from
appropriate sources. |

Purpose: |

provide/facilitate follow-up comprehensive diagnostic
services to area children referred to clinics for vision
problems. |

Description: |

Diagnostic
Ocular Pediatric Clinic (DOP) Evaluations are conducted
by an ophthalmologist or optometrist to determine
acuity, muscle imbalance, or other eye problems.
Referrals and/or prescriptions are given as appropriate. |
