Greene County Combined Health District To Hold the Quarterly Tobacco-Free Healthy Communities Coalition

 

 

(Xenia, OH) The Greene County Combined Health District will be hosting the quarterly Tobacco-Free Healthy Communities Coalition on Monday, July 16, 2007 at 10:00 a.m.  The meeting will take place at the Herman Menapace Health Education Center at Greene Memorial Hospital, 1141 N. Monroe Dr., Xenia.  This meeting is open to anyone living or working in Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clinton, Fayette, Greene, Madison and Warren Counties.  People interested in tobacco use prevention are welcome and encouraged to attend.

 

The Tobacco-Free Healthy Communities Coalition continues as a result of grant funding from the Ohio Tobacco Prevention Foundation.  The purpose of the grant is to reduce tobacco use among all populations.

 

There is no cost to attend the meeting and lunch is provided.  Registration is required and can be completed by calling Jill Wells at (937) 374-5661 or via email at jwells@gcchd.org.
