Community Flu Clinic for Adults on October 4, 2007

§ Thursday, October 4, 2007: 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. at the
Starting in November, flu shots will be available for adults and children at GCCHD during regular immunization clinic on Tuesdays, 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
As per the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), GCCHD will be providing the flu vaccine to
The cost per flu shot is $25.00 for adults and $15.00 for children. Cash and checks will be accepted. Medicaid and Medicare Part B (traditional Medicare; no HMOs or managed care Medicare) are the only insurances accepted; card must be shown.
