(Xenia, OH) The Greene County Combined Health District has been awarded grant funding of $35,000.00 from the Ohio Department of Health to continue the playground safety program.
The grant award will be used for playground inspections and audits for the schools and public parks. Two seminars will be offered this year addressing playground safety and supervision. Greene County Combined Health District will continue to act as a resource for questions and information about playgrounds.
