Greene County Combined Health District Childhood
Immunization
Schedule for September 2005
(Xenia,
OH) Greene County Combined Health District will be giving childhood
immunizations during the month of September.
Immunizations are available for any Greene County child. Children must be
accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and must bring the child’s
immunization record.
Childhood
Immunization Clinics are held at sites throughout Greene County. The schedule
for September includes: Greene County Combined Health District, 360 Wilson
Drive, Xenia, September 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th,
from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.; and September 8th
from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.; Beavercreek YMCA, 560 Grange Hall Road, September
13th from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.; and Fairborn WIC Office, 600 Pierce
Drive, September 15th from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Immunizations
provided include: Polio; Hepatitis B; Chicken Pox; Prevnar; MMR (measles, mumps,
rubella); HIB (Haemophilus, influenza type b); and DTaP (diphtheria, pertussis,
tetanus).
No
appointment is necessary.
