Greene County Combined
Health District Childhood Immunization
Schedule for July 2005
(Xenia, OH) Greene County
Combined Health District will be giving childhood immunizations during the month
of July. Immunizations are available for any Greene County child. Children must
be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and must bring the child’s
immunization record.
Childhood Immunization Clinics are held at sites throughout Greene County. The
schedule for July includes: Greene County Combined Health District, 360 Wilson
Drive, Xenia, July 5th, 12h, 19th, 26th from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 12:30
p.m. to 3:00 p.m.; and July 14th from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.; Beavercreek YMCA,
560 Grange Hall Road, July 12th from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.; and Fairborn WIC
Office, 600 Pierce Drive,
July 21st, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Immunizations provided include: Polio; Hepatitis B; Chicken Pox; MMR (measles,
mumps, rubella); HIB (Haemophilus, influenza type b); and DTaP (diphtheria,
pertussis, tetanus).
No appointment is necessary.
