News ReleaseApril 27, 2005Greene County Combined Health District Childhood ImmunizationSchedule for May 2005Greene County Combined Health District will be giving childhood immunizations during the month of May. Immunizations are available for any Greene County child. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and must bring the child’s immunization record. Childhood Immunization Clinics are held at sites throughout Greene County. The schedule for May includes: Greene County Combined Health District, 360 Wilson Drive, Xenia, May 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.; and May 12th from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.; Fairborn WIC Office, 600 Pierce Drive, May 19th from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.; and Beavercreek YMCA, 560 Grange Hall Road, May 10th from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Immunizations provided include: Polio; Hepatitis B; Chicken Pox; MMR (measles, mumps, rubella); HIB (Haemophilus, influenza type b); and DTaP (diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus).
