Greene County Combined Health District Announces
National Infant Immunization Week
 

(Xenia, OH) In celebration of National Infant Immunization Week, April 25 - May 1, 2005, Greene County Combined Health District will offer free childhood immunizations for children age 35 months and younger.

Immunizations will be available at Greene County Combined Health District, located at 360 Wilson Drive, Xenia, Tuesday, April 26th from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

 A gift will be given to each child receiving a free vaccination.

 Immunizations will be free to children age 35 months and under (excluding travel immunizations for children). No appointment is necessary.

 Immunizations provided include: Polio; Hepatitis B; Chicken Pox; MMR (measles, mumps, rubella); HIB (Haemophilus, influenza type b); and DTaP (diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus), and Prevnar (pneumoccal disease).

 A parent or legal guardian must accompany children and it is important to bring the child’s immunization record.
