 Greene County Combined Health District Childhood Immunization
Schedule for April 2005

 Greene County Combined Health District will be giving childhood immunizations during the month of April. Immunizations are available for any Greene County child. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and must bring the child’s immunization record.

 Childhood Immunization Clinics are held at sites throughout Greene County. The schedule for April includes: Greene County Combined Health District, 360 Wilson Drive, Xenia, April 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.; and April 14th from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.; Cedarville Senior Citizens Center, 48 N. Main Street, April 20th from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.; Jamestown Family Resource Center, 16 W. Washington Street, April 20th from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.; Fairborn Primary School, 4 W. Dayton-Yellow Springs Road, Fairborn, April 20th from 8:00 a.m. to 11 a.m.; and Beavercreek YMCA, 560 Grange Hall Road, April 12th from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

 Immunizations provided include: Polio; Hepatitis B; Chicken Pox; MMR (measles, mumps, rubella); HIB (Haemophilus, influenza type b); and DTaP (diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus).

 No appointment is necessary.
