Greene County Combined
Health District Childhood Immunization Greene County Combined Health District will be giving childhood immunizations during the month of February. Immunizations are available for any Greene County child. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and must bring the child’s immunization record. Childhood Immunization Clinics are held at sites throughout Greene County. The schedule for February includes: Greene County Combined Health District, 360 Wilson Drive, Xenia, February 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.; and February 10th from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.; Fairborn Primary School,4 W. Dayton-Yellow Springs Road, Fairborn, February 16th from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.; Cedarville Senior Citizens Center, 48 N. Main Street, February 16th from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.; Jamestown Family Resource Center, 16 W. Washington Street, February 16th from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.; and Beavercreek YMCA, 560 Grange Hall Road, February 8th from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Immunizations provided include: Polio; Hepatitis B; Chicken Pox; MMR (measles, mumps, rubella); HIB (Haemophilus, influenza type b); and DTaP (diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus).
