 Greene County Combined Health District Childhood Immunization
Schedule for February 2005

 Greene County Combined Health District will be giving childhood immunizations during the month of February.  Immunizations are available for any Greene County child. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and must bring the child’s immunization record.  

Childhood Immunization Clinics are held at sites throughout Greene County. The schedule for February includes: Greene County Combined Health District, 360 Wilson Drive, Xenia, February 1^st, 8^th, 15^th, 22^nd from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.; and February 10^th from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.; Fairborn Primary School,4 W. Dayton-Yellow Springs Road, Fairborn, February 16^th  from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.; Cedarville Senior Citizens Center, 48 N. Main Street, February 16^th  from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.; Jamestown Family Resource Center, 16 W. Washington Street, February 16^th from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.; and  Beavercreek YMCA, 560 Grange Hall Road, February  8^th from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

 Immunizations provided include: Polio; Hepatitis B; Chicken Pox; MMR (measles, mumps, rubella); HIB (Haemophilus, influenza type b); and DTaP (diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus).

 No appointment is necessary.
