Greene County Combined Health
District Childhood Immunization
Schedule for January 2005
Greene
County Combined Health District will be giving childhood immunizations during
the month of January. Immunizations
are available for any Greene
County child. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who
must bring the child’s immunization record.
Childhood
Immunization Clinics are held at sites throughout Greene
County. The schedule for January
includes: Greene County Combined Health District, 360 Wilson Drive, Xenia,
January 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th, from
8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.; and January 13th
from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.; Fairborn Primary School, 4 W. Dayton-Yellow Springs
Road, Fairborn, January 19th from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.; and
Beavercreek YMCA, 560 Grange Hall Road, January 11th from 5:00 p.m.
to 6:30 p.m.
Immunizations
provided include: Polio; Hepatitis B; Chicken Pox; MMR (measles, mumps,
rubella); HIB (Haemophilus, influenza type b); and DTaP (diphtheria, pertussis,
tetanus).
No
appointment is necessary.
