Greene County Combined Health
District Childhood Immunization
Schedule for December, 2004
(Xenia, OH) Greene County Combined
Health District will be giving childhood immunizations during the month of
December. Immunizations are
available for any GreeneCounty child. Children must be
accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must bring the child’s
immunization record.
Childhood
Immunization Clinics are held at sites throughout GreeneCounty. The schedule for December includes: Greene County Combined Health
District, 360 Wilson Drive, Xenia, December 7th, 14th, 21st,
and 28th from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.; Fairborn Primary
School, 4 W. Dayton-Yellow Springs Road, Fairborn, December 15th from
8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.; Cedarville Senior Citizens Center, 48 N. Main Street,
December 15th from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.; Jamestown Family Resource
Center, 16 W. Washington Street, December 15th from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30
p.m.; and Beavercreek YMCA, 560 Grange Hall Road, December 14th from
4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Immunizations
provided include: Polio; Hepatitis B; Chicken Pox; Prevnar; MMR (measles, mumps,
rubella); HIB (Haemophilus, influenza type b); and DTaP (diphtheria, pertussis,
tetanus).
No
appointment is necessary.
