Greene County Combined Health District Childhood Immunization
Schedule For October, 2004

(Xenia, OH) Greene County Combined Health District will be giving childhood immunizations during the month of October.  Immunizations are available for any Greene County child. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must bring the child’s immunization record.  

Childhood Immunization Clinics are held at sites throughout Greene County. The schedule for October includes: Greene County Combined Health District, 360 Wilson Drive, Xenia, October 5^th , 12^th, 19^th , and 26^th from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and October 28^th from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.; Five Points Elementary School, 4 W. Dayton-Yellow Springs Road, Fairborn, October 20^th, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.; Cedarville Senior Citizens Cedarville Senior Citizen Center, 48 N. Main Street, October 10^th, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.; Jamestown Family Resource Center, 16 W. Washington Street, October 20^th , from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.; and Beavercreek YMCA, 560 Grange Hall Road, October 12^th from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Immunizations provided include: Polio; Hepatitis B; Chicken Pox; Prevnar; MMR (measles, mumps, rubella); HIB (Haemophilus, influenza type b); and DTaP (diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus).
