Greene County Combined Health
District Childhood Immunization
Schedule For June 2004
(Xenia,
OH) Greene County Combined Health District will be giving childhood
immunizations during the month of May. Immunizations
are available for any Greene County child. Children must be accompanied by a
parent or legal guardian and must bring the child’s immunization record.
Childhood
Immunization Clinics are held at sites throughout Greene County. The schedule
for June includes: Greene County Combined Health District, 360 Wilson Drive,
Xenia June 1st , 8th, 15th, 22nd ,and
29th, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and
June 24th from 5:00 p.m.
to 6:30p.m.; Cedarville Senior Citizens Center, 48 N. Main Street, June 16th
from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.; Jamestown Family Resource Center, 16 W. Washington
Street, June 16th from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.; and Beavercreek YMCA,
560 Grange Hall Road, June 8th from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Immunizations
provided include: Polio; Hepatitis B; Chicken Pox; MMR (measles, mumps,
rubella); HIB (Haemophilus, influenza type b); and DTaP (diphtheria, pertussis,
tetanus).
No
appointment is necessary.
