Greene County Combined Health District Childhood Immunization
Schedule For June 2004

(Xenia, OH) Greene County Combined Health District will be giving childhood immunizations during the month of May.  Immunizations are available for any Greene County child. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and must bring the child’s immunization record.

Childhood Immunization Clinics are held at sites throughout Greene County. The schedule for June includes: Greene County Combined Health District, 360 Wilson Drive, Xenia June 1^st , 8^th, 15^th, 22^nd ,and 29^th, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and June 24^th  from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30p.m.; Cedarville Senior Citizens Center, 48 N. Main Street, June 16^th from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.; Jamestown Family Resource Center, 16 W. Washington Street, June 16^th from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.; and Beavercreek YMCA, 560 Grange Hall Road, June 8^th from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Immunizations provided include: Polio; Hepatitis B; Chicken Pox; MMR (measles, mumps, rubella); HIB (Haemophilus, influenza type b); and DTaP (diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus).

No appointment is necessary.
