Greene County Combined Health
District Childhood Immunization
Schedule for May 2004
Greene
County Combined Health District will be giving childhood immunizations during
the month of May. Immunizations are available for any Greene County child.
Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and must bring the
child’s immunization record.
Childhood
Immunization Clinics are held at sites throughout Greene County. The schedule
for May includes: Greene County Combined Health District, 360 Wilson Drive,
Xenia, May 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th from
8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.; and May 27th
from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.; Five Points Elementary School, 4 W. Dayton-Yellow
Springs Road, Fairborn, May 19th from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.; and
Beavercreek YMCA, 560 Grange Hall Road, May 11th from 4:30 p.m. to
6:30 p.m.
Immunizations
provided include: Polio; Hepatitis B; Chicken Pox; MMR (measles, mumps,
rubella); HIB (Haemophilus, influenza type b); and DTaP (diphtheria, pertussis,
tetanus).
No
appointment is necessary.
