FREE SEMINAR OFFERED:
RADON ISSUES IN REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS
(Xenia,
OH) Greene County Combined Health District (GCCHD), in conjunction with the
Regional Air Pollution Control Agency (RAPCA), is sponsoring a free seminar,
Radon Issues in Real Estate Transactions on Tuesday,
May 11, 2004. The seminar will be held at Earley Auditorium on the
campus of Sinclair Community College, 444 W. Third Street, Dayton, from 12:30
p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The seminar is open to all real estate professionals
including: home inspectors; appraisers; radon testers; and real estate
licensees.
Seminar
speaker, Alec Hagerty, Certified Real Estate Educator, will present information
regarding radon issues in real estate transactions. Real estate licensees may
earn three hours of Continuing Education (CE) credit.
