District Childhood Immunization
Schedule for March 2004
Greene
County Combined Health District will be giving childhood immunizations during
the month of March. Immunizations
are available for any Greene County child. Children must be accompanied by a
parent or legal guardian and must bring the child’s immunization record.
Childhood
Immunization Clinics are held at sites throughout Greene County. The schedule
for March includes: Greene County Combined Health District, 360 Wilson Drive,
Xenia, March 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th
from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.; and March 25th
from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.; Beavercreek YMCA, 560 Grange Hall Road,
Beavercreek, March 9th from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.; and Five Points
Elementary School, 4 W. Dayton-Yellow Springs Road, Fairborn, March 17th
from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Immunizations
provided include: Polio; Hepatitis B; Chicken Pox; MMR (measles, mumps,
rubella); HIB (Haemophilus, influenza type b); and DTaP (diphtheria, pertussis,
tetanus).
No
appointment is necessary.
