Greene County Combined Health
District Childhood Immunization
Schedule for January 2004
Greene
County Combined Health District will be giving childhood immunizations during
the month of January. Immunizations
are available for any Greene County child. Children must be accompanied by a
parent or legal guardian and must bring the child’s immunization record.
Childhood
Immunization Clinics are held at sites throughout Greene County. The schedule
for January includes: Greene County Combined Health District, 360 Wilson Drive,
Xenia, January 13th, 20th, 27th from 8:00 a.m.
to 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.; and January 22nd from
5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.; Five Points Elementary School, 4 W. Dayton-Yellow
Springs Road, Fairborn, January 21st
from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.; and Beavercreek YMCA, 560 Grange Hall Road,
January 13th from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Immunizations
provided include: Polio; Hepatitis B; Chicken Pox; MMR (measles, mumps,
rubella); HIB (Haemophilus, influenza type b); and DTaP (diphtheria, pertussis,
tetanus).
No
appointment is necessary.
