(Xenia,
OH) Greene County Combined Health District will be giving childhood
immunizations during the month of December.
Immunizations are available for any Greene County child. Children must be
accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and must bring the child’s
immunization record.
Childhood
Immunization Clinics are held at sites throughout Greene County. The schedule
for December includes: Greene County Combined Health District, 360 Wilson Drive,
Xenia, December 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd,
and 30th from 8:00 a.m.
to 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.; Five Points Elementary School, 4 W.
Dayton-Yellow Springs Road, Fairborn, December 17th from 8:00 a.m. to
11:00 a.m.; Cedarville Senior Citizens Center, 48 N. Main Street, December 17th
from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.; Jamestown Family Resource Center, 16 W. Washington
Street, December 17th from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.; and Beavercreek
YMCA, 560 Grange Hall Road, December 9th from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Immunizations
provided include: Polio; Hepatitis B; Chicken Pox; Prevnar; MMR (measles, mumps,
rubella); HIB (Haemophilus, influenza type b); and DTaP (diphtheria, pertussis,
tetanus).
No
