Greene County Combined Health District Childhood Immunization
Schedule for December, 2003

(Xenia, OH) Greene County Combined Health District will be giving childhood immunizations during the month of December.  Immunizations are available for any Greene County child. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and must bring the child’s immunization record.

Childhood Immunization Clinics are held at sites throughout Greene County. The schedule for December includes: Greene County Combined Health District, 360 Wilson Drive, Xenia, December 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th  from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.; Five Points Elementary School, 4 W. Dayton-Yellow Springs Road, Fairborn, December 17th from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.; Cedarville Senior Citizens Center, 48 N. Main Street, December 17th from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.; Jamestown Family Resource Center, 16 W. Washington Street, December 17th from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.; and Beavercreek YMCA, 560 Grange Hall Road, December 9th from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Immunizations provided include: Polio; Hepatitis B; Chicken Pox; Prevnar; MMR (measles, mumps, rubella); HIB (Haemophilus, influenza type b); and DTaP (diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus).

No appointment is necessary.
