Greene County Combined Health District Childhood Immunization
Schedule For October, 2003

(Xenia, OH) Greene County Combined Health District will be giving childhood immunizations during the month of October.  Immunizations are available for any Greene County child. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and must bring the child’s immunization record.

Childhood Immunization Clinics are held at sites throughout Greene County. The schedule for October includes: Greene County Combined Health District, 360 Wilson Drive, Xenia, October 7h, 14th, 21st , and 28th from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and October 23rd    from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.; Five Points Elementary School, 4 W. Dayton-Yellow Springs Road, Fairborn, October 15th, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.; Cedarville Senior Citizens Cedarville Senior Citizen Center, 48 N. Main Street, October 15th, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.; Jamestown Family Resource Center, 16 W. Washington Street, October 14th , from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.; and Beavercreek YMCA, 560 Grange Hall Road, October 8th from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Immunizations provided include: Polio; Hepatitis B; Chicken Pox; Prevnar; MMR (measles, mumps, rubella); HIB (Haemophilus, influenza type b); and DTaP (diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus).

No appointment is necessary.
