Greene County Combined Health District Childhood Immunization

Schedule for March 2003

Greene County Combined Health District will be giving childhood immunizations during the month of March.  Immunizations are available for any Greene County child. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and must bring the child’s immunization record.

Childhood Immunization Clinics are held at sites throughout Greene County. The schedule for March includes: Greene County Combined Health District, 360 Wilson Drive, Xenia, March 4h, 11th, 18th, 25th from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.; and March 27th from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.; and Five Points Elementary School, 4 W. Dayton-Yellow Springs Road, Fairborn, March 19th from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Immunizations provided include: Polio; Hepatitis B; Chicken Pox; MMR (measles, mumps, rubella); HIB (Haemophilus, influenza type b); and DTaP (diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus). 

No appointment is necessary.
