Greene County Combined Health District Childhood Immunization Schedule for November, 2002

Greene County Combined Health District will be giving childhood immunizations during the month of November.  Immunizations are available for any Greene County child. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and must bring the child’s immunization record.

Childhood Immunization Clinics are held at sites throughout Greene County. The schedule for November includes: Greene County Combined Health District, 360 Wilson Drive, Xenia, November 5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and

12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.; Five Points Elementary School, 4 W. Dayton Yellow Springs Road, Fairborn, November 20th from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and Beavercreek YMCA, 560 Grange Hall Road, November 12th from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Immunizations provided include: Polio; Hepatitis B; Chicken Pox; MMR (measles, mumps, rubella); HIB (Haemophilus, influenza type b); and DTaP (diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus).

No appointment is necessary.
