Greene County Combined Health District to Give Flu Immunizations in

October and November

 for Greene County Adult Residents Only

The Greene County Combined Health District will be administering flu immunizations during October and November for Greene County residents only. Immunizations will be given to residents ages 50 and older and older and individuals who are immunosuppressed or chronically ill (these individuals must bring a medical statement).

The cost of the flu immunization is $15.00. Medicaid and Medicare Part B accepted (please bring card).

Flu Immunization Clinics will be held:

·         Greene County Combined Health District, 360 Wilson Drive, Xenia, the following Mondays: October 21^st; October 28^th; November 4^th; and November 18^th, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

·         Cedarville Senior Citizens Center, 48 North Main Street, Wednesday, October 23^rd, from 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

·         Yellow Springs Senior Citizens Center, 227 Xenia Avenue, Thursday, October 24^th, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

·         Spring Valley Senior Citizens Center, 1498 W. Spring Valley-Paintersville Road, Thursday, October 31^st, from 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

·         Fairborn Senior Citizens Center, 325 N. Third Street, Friday, November 1^st, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

·         Bellbrook Senior Citizens Center, 26 East Franklin Street, Wednesday, November 6^th, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

·         Jamestown United Methodist Church, 22 E. Washington Street, Friday, November 8^th, from 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

·         Golden Age Senior Citizens Center, 130 E. Church Street, Xenia, Wednesday, November 13^th, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

·         Beavercreek Senior Citizens Center, 3696 Highmont Drive, Thursday, November 21^st, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
