The Greene County Combined Health District is charged with the responsibility for licensing and inspecting food service operations and retail food establishments to ensure they are operating in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.  These include grocery stores, restaurants, bars, delicatessens, convenience stores, pizza parlors, concession stands, vending machines, food mobile units, food sold at fairs and festivals, etc.

Eligibility:   All permanent and temporary food service operations, retail food establishments and vending machines in Greene County 

Purpose: To ensure that all locations selling food within Greene County meet the minimum food safety and sanitation standards as required by the Ohio Uniform Food Code.
