A farmers’ market means a location where farmers congregate where fruits and vegetables and other food items are offered for sale. Note: For a complete list of allowed food products please reference the Farmers’ Market Fact Sheet link located below.
   
Licensure:
 

A farm market and farmers’ market may be exempt from licensing. The exemption to the retail food establishment license is based on the types of foods offered for sale and registration with Ohio Department of Agriculture’s Division of Food Safety.
