Eligibility: Greene County children from birth through 18 years of age.

Purpose: To ensure affordable and comprehensive well child healthcare services.

Where and When:

Fee: Yes. All charges are subject to a sliding fee scale based on income and family size. No one will be denied service due to inability to pay. Medicaid is accepted.

Please remember that when you have medical needs outside the normal Health District hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., you need to contact your nearest Urgent Care or dial 911 for a medical emergency.
