Women's Health Services Pregnancy Testing, Prenatal and Post-Partum Services

Eligibility: Greene County women regardless of age or income without private insurance. Women receiving assistance through Human Services are eligible.

Purpose: To ensure affordable and comprehensive prenatal and postpartum healthcare services.

Description: Comprehensive prenatal and postpartum care are provided and include the following services:

• pregnancy testing
• physical examinations
• laboratory tests and related procedures, such as blood tests, urinalysis, blood pressure, height and weight
• nutrition counseling
• counseling and referral to appropriate agencies needed, health education regarding infant, development and care, labor and delivery, family planning, etc.

Fee: Yes. All charges are subject to a sliding fee scale based on income and family size. No one will be denied service due to inability to pay. Medicaid is accepted.
