- Nutrition assessment/counseling |
| |
- Psycho/Social assessment/counseling |

- Parenting guidance |
| |
- Developmental screening |
| |
- Childhood immunizations |
| |
- Vision, hearing and speech screening |
| |
- Laboratory screenings and related procedures
such as lead, hemoglobin, urinalysis,
sickle cell
and tuberculin testing |
