   Greene County residents
   
Purpose:
  To promote optimal health and provide support for
the high risk maternal/newborn and pediatric populations.
   
Description:
  The Health Supervision Program provides public health nursing assistance through home and clinic visits to assess health status and to provide information and referrals to appropriate resources. This program includes the following activities:
 
  •  Maternal and newborn assessments with infant health care teaching.
  •  Bureau for Children with Medical Handicaps home visits and assistance with program requirements
  •  Home visits for general health assessments and referrals.
