Greene County Combined
Health District Childhood Immunization
Schedule For August 2005
(Xenia, OH) Greene County Combined Health
District will be giving childhood immunizations during the month of August.
Immunizations are available for any Greene County child. Children must be
accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and must bring the child’s
immunization record.
Childhood Immunization Clinics are held at sites throughout Greene County. The
schedule for August includes: Greene County Combined Health District, 360 Wilson
Drive, Xenia, August 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd,
30th, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and
August 11th from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.; Cedarville Senior Citizens
Center, 48 N. Main Street, August 17th from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.;
Jamestown Family Resource Center, 16 W. Washington Street, August 17th
from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.; Fairborn WIC Office, 600 Pierce Drive, August 18th
from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.; and Beavercreek YMCA, 560 Grange Hall Road, August
9th from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Immunizations provided include: Polio; Hepatitis B; Chicken Pox; MMR (measles,
mumps, rubella); HIB (Haemophilus, influenza type b); and DTaP (diphtheria,
pertussis, tetanus).
No
appointment is necessary.
