County Combined Health District Childhood Immunization
Schedule For August 2004
(Xenia, OH) Greene County Combined Health District will be giving childhood immunizations during the month of August. Immunizations are available for any Greene County child. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must bring the child’s immunization record.
Childhood Immunization Clinics are held at sites throughout Greene County. The schedule for August includes: Greene County Combined Health District, 360 Wilson Drive, Xenia, August 3rd , 10th, 24th,and 31st , from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and August 26th from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30p.m.; Cedarville Senior Citizens Center, 48 N. Main Street, August 18th from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.; Jamestown Family Resource Center, 16 W. Washington Street, August 18th from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.; and Beavercreek YMCA, 560 Grange Hall Road, August 10th from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Immunizations provided include: Polio; Hepatitis B; Chicken Pox; MMR (measles, mumps, rubella); HIB (Haemophilus, influenza type b); and DTaP (diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus).
No appointment is necessary.
