Greene County Combined
Health District will be giving childhood immunizations during the month of
November. Immunizations are
available for any Greene County child. Children must be accompanied by a parent
or legal guardian and must bring the child’s immunization record.
Childhood Immunization
Clinics are held at sites throughout Greene County. The schedule for November
includes: Greene County Combined Health District, 360 Wilson Drive, Xenia,
November 5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th
from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and
12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.;
Five Points Elementary School, 4 W. Dayton Yellow Springs Road, Fairborn,
November 20th from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and Beavercreek YMCA, 560
Grange Hall Road, November 12th from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Immunizations
provided include: Polio; Hepatitis B; Chicken Pox; MMR (measles, mumps,
rubella); HIB (Haemophilus, influenza type b); and DTaP (diphtheria, pertussis,
tetanus).
No
appointment is necessary.
