Bring you
child to the Greene County Combined Health District’s Immunization Clinic at
the following locations:
Greene
County Combined Health District; 360 Wilson Drive, Xenia, Ohio, August 7th,
14th, 21st, 28th from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
and 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Also,
August 23rd from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Cedarville Senior
Citizen’s Center, 48 N. Main Street, Cedarville, August 15th from
1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.; Jamestown Family Resource Center, 16 W. Washington
Street; Jamestown, August 15th from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.; and
Beavercreek YMCA, 560 Grange Hall Road, Beavercreek, August 14th,
from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
No
appointment is necessary for the immunizations. Children must be accompanied by
a parent or legal guardian. Please bring the child’s immunization record.
