Ready for School Immunizations Available at

Greene County Combined Health District 

Attention! Is your child ready for school? Greene County Combined Health District offers childhood immunizations at convenient times and sites.  

Bring you child to the Greene County Combined Health District’s Immunization Clinic at the following locations:

Greene County Combined Health District; 360 Wilson Drive, Xenia, Ohio, August 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.  Also, August 23rd from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Cedarville Senior Citizen’s Center, 48 N. Main Street, Cedarville, August 15th from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.; Jamestown Family Resource Center, 16 W. Washington Street; Jamestown, August 15th from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.; and Beavercreek YMCA, 560 Grange Hall Road, Beavercreek, August 14th, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

 No appointment is necessary for the immunizations. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Please bring the child’s immunization record.
