5/20 -- We are pleased to announce that the dental clinic has re-opened. The clinic, featuring our new dentist, Dr. Andrew Mesaros, will be open Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, by appointment. Our services include: exams, X-rays, cleanings, fluoride treatment, sealants, fillings and extractions.  Appointments are necessary and can be made by calling (937) 374-5655 or toll-free at 1-866-858-3588. Payment options include all forms of Medicaid, private insurance, private pay, and by sliding fee scale.
